Responding to Railroad Incidents: HazMat Isn’t Always the Problem

The railroads move many different products each and every day which include hazardous materials. This program explores and shows through case studies that the incidents that involve non-HazMats can be just as challenging. The program will discuss the environmental impacts and the decisions that must be made to mitigate the incident safely. Sometimes thinking outside the box to mitigate an incident is a good thing.
